Hi! My name is Katrina, and I’m 18 years old. I’m from Tallinn, Estonia – yeah, the small country in Northern Europe with lots of snow, forests, and the sea. I’m that girl who can spend the whole day reading a book in a cozy café and then suddenly decide to go for a long walk by the sea at sunset. I just finished high school, and right now I’m in that exciting (and a little scary) phase where everything is possible. The sea. Especially in autumn when it’s grey, windy, and dramatic. It makes me feel alive and calm at the same time. I can sit on the rocks and just stare at the waves for hours. • Rude people. I really don’t understand why some people are mean for no reason. It costs nothing to be kind. • When it’s dark at 3 p.m. I know, I’m from Estonia, I should be used to it, but winter nights are so long and draining. Sometimes I feel like a sleepy bear that just wants to hibernate.
